More conditions

Price and stock ranges, attributes, best sellers, rating, sale ending soon, customer role, logged in, shipping class, dates and days of the week.

Note

This is part of Labelline Pro.

Labelline Pro adds these conditions to the Products box of the label editor. They combine with Labelline's, with all or any, like any condition.

Condition Matches
Price Products whose price (as shoppers see it, sale prices and tax display included) is in a range: from, to, or both. A variable product matches when any of its prices is in the range.
Sale ending soon Products on sale whose scheduled sale ends within N days.
Stock quantity Products whose tracked stock is in a range, such as 1 to 5. A variable product that tracks stock per variation counts them added up. Products that don't track stock never match.
Best seller The store's top N products by units sold (or those that aren't). Products without sales are never best sellers.
Rating Products with at least N stars on average, from at least one review.
Shipping class Products in one of the chosen shipping classes.
An attribute (one per attribute, such as Colour) Products with one of the chosen values. Listed under Attributes.
Customer role Shoppers with one of the chosen roles, or guests (not logged in).
Logged in Shoppers who are logged in, or who aren't.
Date Between two dates (either can be left open), in your site's time zone: a label for a weekend sale or a holiday.
Day of the week On the chosen days, in your site's time zone.

How they're worked out

  • Best sellers come from WooCommerce's own count of units sold, which goes up when an order is paid. The list is worked out again within the hour.
  • Stock, sale end dates and best sellers are each looked up once per page for all its products, not once per product, so a long shop page stays quick.
  • Customer role, Logged in, Date and Day of the week are checked on every page view (they depend on who is looking and when). A page cache that serves one copy of a page to everyone shows whichever version it stored: exclude logged-in customers from the page cache (most caching plugins do) before using the customer conditions.
  • Stock quantity is a stock condition: while Stockline is active, labels with it stay off the product page, where Stockline shows the stock line. Sale ending soon makes a label a sale label.

Without Labelline Pro

If Labelline Pro is deactivated, labels with these conditions are kept but held back, and marked Needs Labelline Pro on the labels list. Labelline never shows them without their conditions; they come back when Pro is active again.
