Animations

A subtle pulse or shine on a label, every few seconds, and still labels for shoppers who ask for less motion.

Note

This is part of Labelline Pro.

The Design box of the label editor has an Animation:

Animation	Does
None	The label stays still (the default).
Pulse	The label grows a little and settles, every few seconds.
Shine	A soft light sweeps across the label every few seconds.

The preview shows the animation as you choose it, and so does a product's own label on its Labels tab.

Less motion

Shoppers who have asked their device for reduced motion (in their system's accessibility settings) see every label still. Nothing to set up.

Tip

Animate one label at most per product: the one you want noticed, such as a sale that's ending. A shop page where everything moves is tiring to look at.
