Using Wholesaleline

Other Extendiment plugins

Discountline rules for wholesale customers, group prices in Gridline's bulk editor, hidden prices in Labelline, Optionline and Swatchline Pro, and due dates on Folioline invoices.

Wholesaleline works on its own. With these Extendiment plugins active, it also does the following.

Discountline

Discountline's discounts and quantity tiers apply on top of a customer's group price.

In a Discountline rule's Applies to box, Wholesale customers limits the rule to:

  • Anyone (the default);
  • Customers in any wholesale group;
  • Customers in no wholesale group (and guests), for retail-only offers;
  • Customers in (group), one group.

A rule for a group you later delete stops applying.

Gridline

Gridline's bulk product editor gets two columns per group: (group) price (a fixed price) and (group) minimum (the minimum quantity). They're hidden at first: switch them on under Screen Options. Changes are saved to the same prices and quantities as the product's Wholesale tab.

Labelline, Optionline and Swatchline Pro

When a shopper can't see prices (see Hidden prices):

  • Labelline's labels with a price or saving in them are left out (Labelline 1.0.1 or later);
  • Optionline's option prices and totals are hidden;
  • Swatchline Pro's shop swatches don't add products to the cart.

Optionline's option prices are added to the customer's group price, as they are to the regular price.

Folioline

A Folioline invoice for an order placed with Pay on account is due on the order's due date, from the customer's payment terms, instead of after Folioline's own Payment terms (Folioline 1.1.3 or later).
