Delivery schedule
Closed dates
Holidays and other days without deliveries, left out of the dates customers can choose.
Closed dates are days you don't deliver even though they're open days: public holidays, a stocktake, your own holiday.
Adding closed dates
Go to WooCommerce → Settings → Shipping → Delivery dates and find Closed dates at the bottom. Enter one date per line, as YYYY-MM-DD:
2026-12-24
2026-12-25
2027-01-01
Save. Those dates disappear from the checkout's list and are greyed out on the calendar. Anything that isn't a valid date is dropped when you save, and the list is sorted for you.
Good to know
- Closed dates apply to every schedule, including any that an add-on such as Slotline Pro adds (pickup, more schedules).
- Orders already booked for a date you then close keep their date. Change them on the order screen if you need to (see Dates on orders).
- Past dates can stay in the list; they do no harm. Tidy them up once a year if you like.
Tip
If you stop delivering for a while (not just a few days), untick Delivery dates in the Delivery schedule section instead: customers aren't asked for a date at all, and your schedule is kept for when you're back.
