> What to check when a product doesn't show up to reorder, stock doesn't change, or a purchase order looks wrong.

## A product doesn't show on To reorder

Check these in order:

1. **Track stock quantity** is on, on the product's (or variation's) Inventory tab.
2. It has a **Reorder point**. An empty field means "never suggest".
3. Its stock plus what's **on order** is at or below the point. A purchase order that's ordered or partly received counts; look at the **On order** column on other rows, or the purchase orders list, for one you forgot about.
4. For a variable product: the reorder point must be on the **variation**, as variations are what's reordered.

## The list shows a product twice, or under the wrong supplier

A variation without its own supplier uses its product's supplier. A product with no supplier is under **No supplier**. Set the supplier on the variation or product and reload.

## Sold and Days left are empty

They count processing, on-hold and completed orders in the sales period (30 days unless changed). New sales can take up to an hour to show, as the counts are kept for an hour; changing an order's status refreshes them.

## Receiving didn't change the stock

Only products and variations with **Track stock quantity** on get their stock changed. Turn it on, then correct the stock on the product, as the purchase order can't receive the same units twice.

## I can't change a purchase order's products

Products, quantities, costs and notes can only change on a draft. Once it's ordered they're fixed, as they're what you sent the supplier. Cancel it and make a new one, or receive what arrives.

## A line can't be received ("the shared stock pool isn't available")

The line is a Stockpool pool, added with Supplyline Pro. Pool lines are received with Supplyline Pro and Stockpool active; reactivate them to receive it. The rest of the purchase order receives as usual.

## A purchase order's total doesn't include shipping

The purchase order has shipping, other costs or tax that were added with Supplyline Pro. Without it, Supplyline shows the products' total and says that it leaves those out. Reactivate Supplyline Pro to see and change them.

## The amounts are in another currency

The purchase order was made in a supplier's currency with Supplyline Pro. Supplyline shows its amounts in that currency, and its currency in the side box.

## Still stuck?

Temporarily switch to a default theme with only WooCommerce and Supplyline active, and see if it still happens. Ask in the [Supplyline support forum](https://wordpress.org/support/plugin/supplyline/) on WordPress.org with what you see and the product's Inventory settings. Supplyline Pro customers can also contact us through [extendiment.com](https://extendiment.com).
