# Frequently asked questions - Supplyline 1.x documentation

> Short answers about stock, suppliers, sending purchase orders, translations and removing Supplyline.

## Does Supplyline change how stock works?

Only when you receive a purchase order: the units that arrived are added to the products' stock, as if you'd entered the new quantity yourself. Nothing else changes stock, and WooCommerce's stock settings, thresholds and emails work as before.

## How do I send a purchase order to my supplier?

Click **Print** on the purchase order and print it, or choose **Save as PDF** in your browser's print dialog and email the file. Supplyline Pro, a separate paid add-on, can email it to the supplier for you, with a PDF attached, when you mark it as ordered.

## Can I buy in another currency?

Supplyline's amounts are in your store's currency. Supplyline Pro adds a currency per supplier and an exchange rate on each purchase order.

## Can a product have several suppliers?

In Supplyline each product and variation has one supplier. Supplyline Pro adds other suppliers, each with their own SKU, price, minimum order and pack size, and lets you pick one per product on **To reorder**.

## Can Supplyline suggest reorder points for me?

The **Sold** and **Days left** columns show how fast each product sells, to help you set reorder points. Supplyline Pro can work out a reorder point from sales for products without one.

## Is there a limit on suppliers, products or purchase orders?

No. The purchase orders list shows 20 at a time, newest first, with page links above and below it.

## Can I translate Supplyline?

Supplyline's screens are translated through [translate.wordpress.org](https://translate.wordpress.org/projects/wp-plugins/supplyline/), and WordPress installs the language packs for you.

## What happens to my data if I deactivate or delete Supplyline?

Deactivating never removes anything. When you click **Deactivate**, Supplyline asks what should happen to its data if you later delete the plugin:

- **Keep it** (the default): everything is still there if you install Supplyline again.
- **Delete it permanently when the plugin is deleted**: your suppliers, purchase orders and their history, the purchasing fields on products and the setting are removed when you delete the plugin.

Your products, their stock and your orders are never touched. Supplyline Pro's own data (other suppliers, cost histories, its settings) belongs to Supplyline Pro and is kept or removed by its own prompt.
