# Requirements - Labelline 1.x documentation

> The WordPress, WooCommerce and PHP versions Labelline needs, and the themes and blocks it works with.

## Versions

| | Minimum |
|---|---|
| WordPress | 6.5 |
| WooCommerce | 8.2 (tested up to 11.1) |
| PHP | 7.4 |

## Themes and blocks

Labelline puts its labels on product images wherever WooCommerce draws them:

- **Classic themes** such as Storefront: the shop, category and tag pages, related products, upsells and the `[products]` shortcode (WooCommerce's product list template), and the product page's gallery.
- **Block themes** such as Twenty Twenty-Five: the **Product Image** block, which the **Product Collection** block (your shop page in a block theme) and the other product blocks use, the older product grid blocks (Products by Category, Hand-picked Products…), and the product page's **Product Image Gallery** and **Product Gallery** blocks.

A theme or page builder that draws product images its own way, without WooCommerce's templates or blocks, won't show labels.

## Other settings

- **HPOS**: Labelline doesn't touch orders, and is compatible with WooCommerce's high-performance order storage and the Cart and Checkout blocks.
- **Taxes**: `{price}` and `{saving}` follow your store's tax display (**WooCommerce → Settings → Tax → Display prices in the shop**).
- **Currency**: amounts use your store's currency symbol, position, separators and decimals.
- **Right-to-left languages**: positions, tags and corner ribbons mirror, so a "top left" label sits in the corner where the reading starts.
- **Object cache**: optional. With a persistent object cache (Redis, Memcached), each product's labels are remembered across pages too.
