# Animations - Labelline 1.x documentation

> A subtle pulse or shine on a label, every few seconds, and still labels for shoppers who ask for less motion.

The **Design** box of the label editor has an **Animation**:

| Animation | Does |
|---|---|
| **None** | The label stays still (the default). |
| **Pulse** | The label grows a little and settles, every few seconds. |
| **Shine** | A soft light sweeps across the label every few seconds. |

The preview shows the animation as you choose it, and so does a product's own label on its **Labels** tab.

## Less motion

Shoppers who have asked their device for reduced motion (in their system's accessibility settings) see every label still. Nothing to set up.

> Animate one label at most per product: the one you want noticed, such as a sale that's ending. A shop page where everything moves is tiring to look at.
